Cumbria Rugby Union

Cumbria RFU have been working with local coaches to develop a programme to address the needs of the clubs in terms of developing their Coaching knowledge. Over the summer a survey was circulated with a very good response which narrowed a potential 6 topics down to 3, which were;

Consequently the Falcons are running these sessions throughout the 2019/20 Season and all will be at Penrith RUFC. The sessions will be delivered by Keith Robinson - Falcons Academy Coach and Cumbria DPP Lead. Keith will be using his own players which will give coaches the opportunity to stand back and learn how to adapt their coaching to their own team whichever age they may be. The sessions will be taking place on the Artificial Pitch at Penrith and BOOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL COACHES.
