MOGP – Keswick coaches forum

As Keswick RUFC have completed another season and the coaches led by Richard Metcalf have once again worked hard to develop. When Lead coach Richard Metcalf was appointed he was also asked to look after the coaches within the club and help them to develop. The coaching forums are held bimonthly throughout the season and subjects are identified in the early season by the coaches within the club. They have created a mixed menu of sessions, by running RFU CPD, internal Q & A nights and a guest coach to create a whole club develop programme for their coaching team.
